Thanks to technology and the Internet, we can support our clients remotely. This is particularly useful if we need to fix a small issue, saving the client on call-out fees. We use a third-party tool, Anydesk, to log into your computer and do what is necessary to make it behave as expected.
The tool can be used for basic support and the client can easily download it, share the access codes with us, and we are ready to go.
